Jim Wilson, M.A.Jim Wilson entered education via the United States Peace Corps in 1964. After a two-year stint as a secondary mathematics teacher in Uganda, East Africa, Jim taught middle school math and science in California and Australia. Upon his return to the United States, he served as an elementary math resource teacher before moving into the district's Math, Science, and Computer Coordinator slot. In 1994 he retired from public education to join AIMS. Jim is very interested in the contemporary mathematics that has emerged from the arrival of the digital computer. |
